Loo Sze-wang, the preeminent sheng player in Hong Kong, and Patrick Yim, Notre Dame faculty violinist, perform an exciting program of newly commissioned works by acclaimed composers Chan Hing-yan, Chan Kai-Young, Wendy Lee, Timothy Page, and Charles Kwong.

Following the hour-long performance, the audience is invited to remain for a post-concert discussion (20-30 minutes) moderated by Prof. John Liberatore (Associate Professor of Composition and Theory at Notre Dame) with the performers and Prof. Kai-Young Chan (Chinese University of Hong Kong).
