The presentation will be a celebration of Italian author, Primo Levi and will include the performance of Simon Sargon's chamber setting of Levi poems and Ennio Morricone's setting of Levi's 'Shemà' (US premiere of this piece).
The event is a collaboration of the Department of Music, the Department of Romance Languages and Literatures (Italian Studies), and is also graciously supported by the Institute for Scholarship in the Liberal Arts.
