Congratulations to the 2020 Department of Music Graduates

Mary Grace Babbo is graduating with a double major in the Program of Liberal Studies and Piano Performance, with a supplementary major in Italian Studies. She will be working as a consultant with McKinsey & Co. this fall at their Chicago office. 

Saul Cortez is graduating with a Bass Trombone performance degree along with a minor in German. Given the current crisis, he will take a gap year and will look to continue his studies when everything returns to a certain degree of normal.

Matthew D'Alonzo is graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Theory/History and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. He will be working at General Motors in Michigan starting in July. 

Travon DeLeon is graduating with a double major in Violin Performance and Political Science. 

Ye Na (Annie) Han is graduating with a double major in Biological Sciences and Violin Performance. She is currently looking for jobs in biological research before going back to school.

Matthew Ingwersen is graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree with majors in Honors Mathematics and Music Theory/History. Next year he will be pursuing a Master of Music degree in organ at the Yale School of Music and the Yale Institute for Sacred Music.

Alexander Ju is graduating with a double major in Piano Performance and Honors Mathematics. After graduation, he will start working in Chicago this fall, pursuing a career in algorithms and options trading.

Peter Joseph Koszuta is graduating with a double major in Science Pre-Professional Studies and Music Theory Honors. He will be pursuing a Masters of Biomedical Science in the fall and hopes to continue towards a doctoral degree in the future. He will continue composing and playing bassoon whenever possible. 

Grace Larson is graduating with a double major in Music and English with a Creative Writing concentration. She is currently working as a church pianist and is looking for publishing/editing internships for the summer/fall. She hopes to take a year or two to gain work experience before going back to school.

John O'Neill is graduating with a double major in Music Theory and Political Science. He will be continuing his education through Notre Dame's Echo Program, earning a Master of Arts in Theology while teaching theology at the high school level. He would like to thank his parents, friends, Notre Dame Band Staff, and the Department of Music Faculty for expanding his musical horizons and encouraging him to become the best musician possible

Carolina Robledo is graduating with a major in Vocal Performance. She will pursue her Master's in Education degree through the Alliance for Education (ACE) Teaching Fellows program starting this summer. 

Peter Sabini is graduating with a double major in Music and Spanish and a minor in Business Economics. This summer he will begin a two-year legal assistant position at HoganWillig law firm in Buffalo, New York.

Nicholas Seifert is graduating with a double major in Saxophone Performance and Biological Sciences. He also served as Director of Unchained Melodies a capella and Assistant Director of the Notre Dame Handbell Choir. In the fall, he will begin working as a high school band director and saxophone teacher. He also will soon pursue a Masters of Music in Instrumental Conducting. 

Audrey Steiner is graduating with a piano performance major. She will continue her piano studies this fall at the Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität der Stadt Wien in Vienna, Austria.

David Tran is graduating with a double major in Piano Performance and Applied and Computational Mathematics and Statistics (Supp.). David will be pursuing a Master of Education through ACE Teaching Fellows at Notre Dame and will be teaching middle school math at Corpus Christi Catholic School in Tampa, FL this fall.
