Ryan Huang '29, a double-major in Piano and Accounting from San Antonio, Texas, participated in the 2026 Charles Joray Piano Competition, held in Marion, Indiana. This competition is open to undergraduates from across the state. After a preliminary video screening round, Ryan was chosen as one of seven finalists. At the live competition held at the Phillippe Performing Arts Center at Indiana Wesleyan University, he performed works of Mozart and Chopin, and was awarded the first prize of $2000.
